Ridas Yacht & Composites OÜ is sailboat producer in Estonia. Producing our own brand Ridas, Swedish DIVA, Holland STERN and Sentijn 37, X-Treme 25, Clarc 33.
All boats are constructed and built by Scandinavian way of building yachts. Strong made safe solutions high quality joinery work. Interiors made from khaya, teak or cherry, plywood, supplied by Kärsund Wood Link in Sweden.
Company is established in 1993 and employing up to 25 people. We are good in complicated wooden interiors, laminated veneers and in-house designing solutions.
Currently we are building 5-10 boats between 35-38 feet per year.

So far we have produced:

- Monthly delivery to Covia AS
- 50 pcs a month. This order has been lasting around 7-8 years
- 3 pcs of Royal Denship 80 GRP superstructure,

- AWL GRIP dark blue painted hull and metallic silver painted deck.
- Also teak is made by Ridas Y&C.
- 1 set is 16.000 kg.
- Plastic covers for Metso Paper Sundsvall, approx. weight 200 kg, more than 100 pcs made.
